Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Anujīv LLP ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI automation and digital product services through its ventures, including AI Agency Corp (aiagencycorp.com) and other platforms. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through Anujīv LLP.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of payment, provided that:

  • No deliverables have been provided to you, and
  • Work on your project has not yet commenced.

If deliverables have been partially provided or work has already begun within the 7-day period, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet performed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Deliverables have been fully provided and accepted by the client.
  • Custom automation workflows, integrations, or AI systems have been deployed to the client's environment.
  • The client has breached the terms of the service agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@anujiv.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Transaction ID or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Any payment gateway or processing fees that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel an ongoing service engagement at any time by emailing us at hello@anujiv.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be delivered to you.
  • Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
  • Any prepaid amount for unperformed work will be refunded as per Section 2.

7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at hello@anujiv.com. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
